Faith Formation Registration: K-6 of Family of Faith 2026-27 (Including 1st Holy Communion)

Family of Faith Formation for Grades K-6 will consist of:
- Family of Faith by Sophia Press
- Two Monthly Family Lesson Meetings each month starting in September
- Weekly Mass Attendance and other Parish Activities & Celebrations
- Additional Immediate Preparation for those children receiving the Sacraments of First Reconciliation and Holy Communion

Required Parent Only Orientation Meeting (for K-6 and First Holy Communion):
September 10th from 6pm-7pm or September 13th from 3pm-4pm

Family Lesson Meetings: Thursday, September 17th from 6pm-7pm or Sunday, September 20th 3pm-4pm

6th Grade Option: If you have a student who is entering the 6th grade, you may choose the Blaze/Masterpiece program for girls or Encounter (new) for boys instead of K-6 Family of Faith. Both of these programs are held on Wednesday nights from 5:30pm-8pm.
Please note: This option does not replace Confirmation Year 1 in 7th grade.
If you would like to register your 6th grader for Blaze/Masterpiece or Encounter (new) for boys, please select this option on the form. The Required Parent Only Orientation for Blaze/Masterpiece and Encounter is September 9th @ 5:30pm.

PROGRAM FEE INFORMATION

Grades K-6 Family of Faith Only: $75 per student
Blaze/Masterpiece & Encounter 6th Grade Option: $150 per student
Grades K-6 Family of Faith with First Holy Communion and Reconciliation (sacramental year):
$150 per student

Family Maximum Program Fee: $350
This is the most you would give as a family. If your total is higher than this, please only give this amount. Then select "previously paid family max" on the other forms so that you do not have to give again.
